INDIANAPOLIS, IN — June 8, 2026 — American Sound and CybrIQ today announced a strategic partnership to deliver continuous security scanning and vulnerability management for audiovisual and collaboration systems. CybrIQ provides the software platform that discovers and assesses AV and IoT devices, and American Sound serves as the implementation and managed service partner that deploys it, operates it, and turns its findings into remediation inside client environments.

The joint offering extends vulnerability management to a class of devices that traditional security tooling has rarely reached. Codecs, room controllers, displays, signage players, and other connected AV endpoints often run embedded operating systems and cannot accept managed agents or MDM enrollment used elsewhere in the estate.
